Wet Slips

I agree to hold above said Marina and its Agents harmless from liability as a result of its activities in connection with such transactions. I understand that should payment authorization be denied; I will be responsible for any late fees* that may incur. I also understand that if I cancel my storage contract or pull my boat out of the marina my credit card will be charged for the difference or the unpaid balance.

*LATE FEES – Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are late if not received by the close of business day on the 5th. A late fee of $25.00 per boat/slip will be posted to your account if not received. If payment/fees are 10 days in arrears an additional late fee of $25.00 per boat/slip will be posted to your account. Every 5 days late you will incur a $25.00 late fee per boat/slip.
